Adv160 Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the adv160 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all users of the adv160 platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the adv160 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the adv160 platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and adv160 as the platform operator. This agreement governs all aspects of your use of our services, including account registration, betting activity, financial transactions, and all interactions with the platform.
Adv160 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
- You must be 18 years of age and above to register and use the adv160 platform.
- Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
Password Security
You are responsible for keeping your adv160 account password and login details confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members or friends.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that your password has become known to a third party, please contact the adv160 support team immediately for security assistance.
Adv160 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the adv160 platform, you agree to comply with all rules set out herein and to refrain from any prohibited activity. The following rules are binding on all users:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the adv160 platform without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate the system, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing others to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any illegal activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Users must ensure that their use of the adv160 platform is lawful under the applicable laws of their location.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any existing balance, and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the adv160 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without prior authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Deposit Policy
Deposits made into your account are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances as determined by the adv160 team. All deposits are subject to a verification process before funds become available for use. adv160 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction deemed suspicious.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account. Processing times vary depending on the payment method. adv160 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Fraud Protection
Adv160 employs an active fraud detection system to protect both users and the platform. Any unusual transaction activity will be investigated, and the relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation. Users found to be involved in fraudulent activity will face legal action and forfeit all funds held in their account.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Adv160 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice if:
- A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred;
- The user provided false information during registration;
- There is suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
- The user has engaged in behaviour that compromises the integrity of the platform;
- User found to be under 18 years of age.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting adv160 support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is complete.
Liability Limits
Adv160 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss. adv160's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the adv160 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, text, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of adv160 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content from the adv160 platform for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent from adv160.
Third-Party Links
The adv160 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. adv160 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Adv160 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any updates.
Continued use of the adv160 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be settled through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
